Janeth Mora
Managing Partner

  • Janeth has a diversified executive pharmaceutical background and firsthand expertise in Business Development, Market Preparation, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Development, Marketing
  • She possesses broad knowledge in Emerging Markets’ dynamics, including Africa/ME, Eastern Europe, Asia, but particularly Latin America
  • Janeth has lead projects from end-to-end involving Strategic business planning, Global Regulatory rules & strategic approaches, Medical and KOL interactions, Business Alliance development, Dynamic product & Commercial strategies
  • She has experience working on several products areas, such as Biopharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Medicinal Cannabis
  • She has experience with Big-Pharma, mid-size and small companies, start-ups
  • She holds a Pharm. D. degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia; Business Management from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia; Program on Negotiation, from Harvard Law School

Jose Beltran
Managing Partner

  • José has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Jose has led commercial and marketing areas for both retail and specialized portfolios, such as oncology and rare diseases, and has been responsible for successful companies’ integration post M&A
  • His most recent experience includes working with investment funds, identifying companies to acquire, accompanying due diligence processes and subsequently, ensuring they meet new financial goals
  • Having worked and lived in various Latin American countries, such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Uruguay, has allowed him to possess deep knowledge of the market dynamics in the region and created a robust network within the Healthcare System.
  • He has been on the executive management team as Marketing and Commercial Director, General Manager and LATAM President for companies like Pfizer, Abbott, Aspen, among others, and Investment Funds such as Advent and Patria, in which he has had the opportunity to lead integration activities, divesting and IPO processes.
  • He is an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Marketing and Senior Management from the Universidad de Los Andes and a certificate in the Leadership Development Program (LDP24) from Harvard University.
